Who We Are 

The Club operates Breakfast and / or Afterschool childcare. We are obliged to keep details about you and your children to ensure their safety and protection.  

This Privacy Policy contains information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

Types of Data We Collect

Contact Details and Medical Information 

We collect personal e mail and contact information. We use that information to inform you about relevant information regarding the operating of The Club; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to action bookings. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use Yahoo and Gmail to manage our e mails. We access these e mails via password protected laptops and smart phones. Yahoo, Gmail and Apple have their own Privacy Policies which can be accessed via the Internet should you wish to familiarise yourself with them.

Emergency Contact Forms and General Permission Forms are stored electronically on a password protected laptop, on Microsoft OneDrive and in hard copy in a locked storage box in a locked cupboard at The Club. Only The Club team have access to the keys and the information. Microsoft has its own Privacy Policy that can be accessed via the Internet should you wish to familiarise yourself with it.

Emergency and Safeguarding Situations 

In the event of an emergency situation, we would share your details and the information we hold about your children with trusted emergency services. Information we hold about you may also be shared with relevant authorities in line with our Safeguarding Policy.

Access to your personal information 

Under GDPR you, the data subject, have the right to access and amend any of your personal data that we hold. E-mail any request of this nature to Hannah Mindel on the e-mail address of The Club your child attends.
