This policy is implemented to protect our agreement with our clubs, our insurance, and importantly, staff working hours.  

 

 We do appreciate emergency situations arise and request that you always phone (our numbers are on the footer of all our e mails) or e mail ahead to inform us of late running where possible. We are only insured and staffed until 6pm and as such, we MUST close our doors promptly. This also coincides with the school in assisting the security staff to operate efficiently. 

  

Therefore, please note the following late collection fee structure: 

 

Up to 15 mins: £10 

Up to 30 mins: £20 

Over 30 mins: £50 

  

We should include that if your child is collected late on more than 2 occasions in a half term, we would need to consider your child's place at the club. As we are not a nursery, we are not obliged to remain open beyond 6pm.
