Parental Expectation Policy

This policy is to enable the smooth running of The Club each session where reminders fail to assist us to operate safely and smoothly.  

By booking and sending your child to The Club, it is implicit in our contract that Parents / Carers will adhere to The Club @ Parental Expectation Policy as noted in detail below: 

• Parents/ Carers will adhere to meeting booking and payment deadlines and understand my child’s place will not be held nor will booking be chased. 

• Parents/ Carers will inform The Club by e mail of my child’s absence ahead of an afterschool session with reasonable notice and understand this is separate to the school who do not communicate absence with Club. 

• Parents/ Carers will NOT enter the space at any point for health and safety reasons and for safeguarding purposes. 

• Parents/ Carers will speak respectfully with team members at all times. Rudeness will not be tolerated. 

• Parents/ Carers will provide the appropriate snacks as per Club guidelines. 

• Parents/ Carers will collect children promptly and leave the site swiftly without directly interacting/playing with other children. 

• Use of photography/recording devices in our setting is strictly prohibited. 

• Parents/ Carers will be transparent regarding needs both discreet/indiscreet for the wellbeing of the children in our setting. 

• Parents/ Carers will support suggestions/strategies/guidance at home as requested by The Club in order to support, promote and maintain positive relationships. 

• Parents/ Carers will consider whether we are best fit for your family. Children must be willing to attend. 

• Parents/ Carers will ensure your child is fully using the toilet independently irrespective of age and understand that team members do not assist with wiping/cleaning/undressing. 

Parents/ Carers understand the expectations are mandatory across all sessions and failure to comply may result in a child’s place being withdrawn. 

The Club reserves the right to implement sanctions at short notice including cancelling bookings with immediate effect.
